+ Erik & Katy Scott have 45 years combined real estate and industry experience in Central Texas and have lived and worked in Bryan-College Station over 25 years.

+ Erik is a former United States Marine, fighting for you and your family.  He is calm, detail oriented and has knowledge of every aspect of the local real estate market. 

+ Katy has a degree in Communications from University of Texas and a minor in Interior Design.  She specializes in the marketing and nurturing side of the business.

+ Erik served our country and has been a local Realtor over 20 years, with a background in residential, commercial and farm & ranch transactions.

+ Katy first got her Real Estate license in 1998 while working for Houston's prestigious Greenwood King Properties. She earned her Broker's licence in 2001, focussing on higher-end residential home sales.

+ Erik & Katy currently live in College Station's Pebble Creek neighborhood, but love spending time in the E&V office near downtown Bryan

+ Erik & Katy are the ulitmate Texans. Erik is an 8th generation and Katy a 9th generation Texan. They know Texas Real Estate!

+ Erik grew up in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston's inner loop, yet spent his summers on the family farm between Hearne & Franklin in Robertson County.

+ Katy spent her childhood in Austin's distinguished Tarrytown and her highschool years in the West University neighborhood near the Houston Medical Center.

+ Real Estate is in their blood, as they were both raised by parents in the industry.

+ The Scott's serve the community in several leadership positions and are very active in the community. As parents to two kids who happened to be born extremely premature, they were instrumental in bringing Ronald McDonald House Charities to the Brazos Valley where they learned the ins-and-outs of area hospitals and maintain an informed relationtionship with the medical community.

+ Katy also serves as an Advisor for  Kappa Kappa Gamma at Texas A&M and sits on the KKG House Board. She is a founding member of the CSISD Education Foundation Legacy Council, and fills her own cup at Community Bible Study every Thursday morning.

+ Erik & Katy raised two amazing children in College Station. Their daughter, Libby, graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Vocal Music and was recently married to the families newest addition, Justin Sutton. Their son, Foster, is a sophomore at Texas A&M in the Mays Business School.

+ As a family that includes a combat veteran, The Scott's are passionate about helping Veterans and families in crisis.
